Great bread! I loved the flavour and had no problems with burning etc. I baked it in my cast iron pot using Jim Lahey's no knead bread method (basically the same as the method described here). Can't wait to make this bread again.
Had a good flavor, but unfortunately, I made it twice, the first time, I had to cut the bottom off, because it burnt pretty bad, once that was cut off, it was good. The second time, it rose funny, and came out of the oven looking pretty jagged with a really tough crust. Good flavor inside though.
