I used these ingredients in my bread maker on the dough setting. The dough turned out beautiful. Really silky and I was able to quickly form it into a round on my pizza pan. This recipe is now my #1 pizza dough recipe.

This was quick, easy, and made a great pizza crust. I used the food processor as directed, but I used whole wheat flour. It was very easy to roll the pizza dough to the size of my pizza pan, which is 18". I was afraid the hot water would kill the yeast, but the dough rose noticeably during the 10 minute rise time. Thanks!!

My BF made this for us and it was his first attempt at homemade pizza crust and it was awesome. It was easy and way better than any crust mix. I'll never buy a crust mix again!! Thanks!

We will definitely be making this recipe again! I actually adjusted it for my bread machine, as I'm basically L-A-Z-Y when it comes to bread recipes. Used our traditional pizza toppings.....mmmm! Thanks for a great recipe! *Made for PAC Spring 2007*

Excellent. Easy, no fuss. Made it in my food processor, let it rise for about 1/2 hour, then cooked it on the grill. Will be using the recipe often!!!!!
