"Every now and then, I just gotta go back south where I came from. This recipe is from a cookbook from the Andy Griffith show. The name of cookbook is "Aunt Bee's Mayberry Cookbook"."

ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 (6 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained

directions

1. In ovenproof bowl, mix mayo, cheese, artichokes.
2. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
