What a great change for garlic bread, the Parmesan gave it a lovely crunch, and so easy! Served this with steaks and got rave comments from my husband and son. A definite keeper.

Excellant Diggy!! We really enjoyed this crispy crunchy bread!! I left out the butter, the dressing i used was quite oily, Greek and Feta dressing, it really didn't need the butter. Also used half Parmesan and half Feta cheese with some finely chopped black olives instead of Italian seasoning, had to use what i had around. This will certainly go in my hard copy book, we will make this often, thanks for sharing!!

Loved this one. Turned out nice and crunchy. Next time I will add some garlic to complete the effect.

fast and easy and results in a delicious tasting bread! I used a Parmesan & Romano dressing on half the loaf and a Ranch with Cilantro on the other half. They were both excellent. Thanks Diggy for sharing this recipe that I will continute to use!

I had this recipe written on a scrap of paper for quite awhile and finally made it the other day. Fantastic! I was going to post it here and found that it already was on this site. I happened to have some blue cheese crumbles and added that to the topping. I used melted butter but next time I think I will just butter the bread. I will be making this again and again. Simple and delicious.

we really enjoyed this! it's just dh and i, so i used 1/2 a loaf. I cut the recipe in half, using 2 tablespoons asiago peppercorn dressing, sprinkled bleu cheese crumbles on top of that, used the full 1/4 c parm, and used lots of cracked black pepper. dh and i both loved it!! it was gone in seconds! will make again and again... thanks for this easy, cheesy keeper!

Very addicting! A great change from the standard garlic bread. I followed the recipe exactly and was pleasantly suprised at how subtle the bleu cheese flavor was. Thanks, Miss Diggy!

What a great idea! My mum is a nurse who works nights so obviously can't have garlicky food in the evening before she goes to work so this is an excellent side dish for us when we have to avoid garlic but want a nice tasty bread!

I liked this, though I think it should be called 'bleu cheese parmesan bread' because I really didn't think it tasted like garlic bread at all. But my boyfriend and I both agreed that it complemented the meal the way a good garlic bread should, if that makes any sense. A keeper.

This was a yummy new treat!!! I made mine like Sandi, cutting the bread into slices. I then brushed each piece with butter and dressing. I cooked it for about 5 minutes but we were in a hurry so I cranked it on broil to toast it quick .This was very tasty Diggy!

I'm not going to rate this because I myself did not try it but my mother did and she really disliked it a lot. I only made one serving of it so that would have messed it up. But my dad decided to try what my mom didn't finish and he loved it and I had to go make some more! So thank you from him! lol
