  • Add potatoes and garlic to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to saucepan.
  • Mash potatoes and garlic with dressing and Parmesan cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
  • Serve immediately.

I work for a bank in Brandon, MS. My hubbie is a police officer in Jackson. I have a great cookbook that is called "Any Blonde Can Cook". It is awesome. I love to cook...when I have the time.
