I found this recipe in "Stone Walls and Warm Hearths" and adapted it slightly. Very simple and tasty. The whipped cream gives it just the right texture.

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, sugar, and milk.
  3. Beat until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Spread evenly in pie shell.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve with chocolate syrup and chopped nuts, if desired.
