  • Bring the 3 cups of white sugar, 3/4 cup margarine and 2/3 cup evaporated milk to a boil.
  • Stir for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff and vanilla.
  • Chill in greased 9 " x 11" pan.
