Kids will have no problem making this quick healthy breafast with the help of a microwave

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Toast bread and lightly butter.
  2. Using cookie cutter cut a section out of center of toast big enough to hold an egg.
  3. Place toast on microwavable plate and break an egg into the hole.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

This was easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I poked a toothpick hole in the center of the yellow before cooking (something my mom always told me to do) I also added salt and pepper. I had to cook mine a bit longer as I don't like my eggs runny. Nice quick easy breakfast.
