I make this for my sister who's on Weight Watchers...She uses this for her fruit and milk...It's not fat free but 1.75 grams and 177 calories for one serving

I tried this with some vanilla yogurt & sugar free chocolate pudding mix-I only used 4 oz of yogurt & 3/4 tsp of mix. The flavor didn't come through very well so I'm going to try & increase the pudding mix & see what happens. A great idea to flavor up some yogurt (I also added$ bananas to my yogurt) so I hope I can get it right!

  1. Mix dry pudding mix into sour cream -- add as much or as little fruit as you want -- refrigerate -- .
