      Mine don't look as pretty as the ones in the picture, I think I over mixed them. But they taste great, nice and moist, full of flavor! I added chopped walnuts as well and I will definitely be using this recipe again!

      I made these for me and my roommates and we loved them! Instead of having a cup of sugar just use a cup of unsweetened applesauce and added fresh blueberries and raspberries. Also I used only one cup of gluten free flour mix and 3/4 cup oats to add a different texture! I hope you enjoy

      Loved them. Added a couple tablespoons of molasses and mini chocolate chips. They were picture perfect.

      Pretty good recipe. I actually added 1 cup of chopped apples to the mix and topped with brown sugar Splenda and cinnamon mix prior to baking and my family loved them. Just make sure that even if you use cupcake liners, to spray.....
