This was so easy and yummy. We didn't mix it very long before we putting it in the ice cream freezer. It was very sweet...we did use regular sweetened condensed milk and 1 1/2 T vanilla. I think we'll be making this again!

This was an easy recipe to make and not very expensive. We did find it too sweet for our tastes.
Good 'philadelphia style' ice cream recipe. Adding eggs makes a custard really, no eggs and it's ice cream. My only change was to use real vanilla bean instead of extract. IMO, the bean just makes this cream even better.
This is a nice, easy Vanilla Ice Cream recipe. It tastes like an egg custard type ice cream to me...not like most homemade. Very creamy & rich. I made plain, but would be a good base for extra additions as Chef PanNan mentions. The entire family enjoyed this very much.
