This was awesome! I made a double batch and used less cinnamon and nutmeg (~ 1/2 tsp for a double batch). We also added a little bit of brandy and served chilled. This wonderful drink was accompanied by a toffee biscotti. It was a great snack before dinner.

Loved this! Very simple and quick. I made 1 1/2 cups, omitted the ginger, used 1/2tsp of cinnamon and 1/4tsp nutmeg and made mine on the stove, adding the vanilla last. Thanks for sharing :)

I liked it & my daughter did not because she said the taste reminded her of a cereal flavor. I liked the easiness & it was as described in the title, an egg-less flavor. Thanks for the alternative.

I love the flavor eggnog and pumpkin spiced/eggnog lattes but find eggnog a little rich to drink too often. I made this without the ginger (I don''t care for ground ginger except in cookies!). I really liked this hot drink and it was as satisfying as eggnog/pumpkin lattes! I I will make this often. Thank you so much for posting this. Roxygirl

Thanks for the recipe! I made this as written and it was a tad too much for me spice-wise. I was sure craving some chocolate afterwards! I'll play with the spices and add some chocolate as well. Thanks!

I actually added a banana to this and tossed it in a blender with some ice. It was pretty good. I added a bit more milk but didn't double any other ingredients and it served 2 people.

This taste very nice. I drank it warm because it is very cold outside. Thanks for posting this.
