This is a recipe that my grandmother handed down to me and we still make it every year when it is time to harvest our garden. It is so much fun to make and will keep for up to a year in the fridge. The smell is wonderful and it is so easy.

Directions

  1. Mix together vinegar, sugar, and salt until everything is dissolved.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

Easy to make, I did add a Caribbean Hot Pepper and 2 small Jalapeno peppers. It made such a large amount I divided it in half and added Frank's Hot sauce for the one's who enjoy their salsa with a kick!This recipe is very good!

Very good! Served it with beans and rice. My family is partial to this sort of taste.
