Very straightforward and tasty, ingredients that are always in my kitchen, would also be nice tossed with pasta. My only regret was that I didnt have fresh basil, for the pizza, since my garden was flattened by recent hailstorms, I grabbed some mint instead, the only herb that has survived! I liked this and liked it even better that I didn't have to cook it. Very easy to make.
This was good and simple. Used more cheese (as I am a cheese-a-holic). Easy to throw together when I realize too late that I am out of pizza sauce :) I always have these ingredients on hand!
This is such a simple and great tasting recipe that will be used often in our house. DH and DB could not believe I made the sauce without cooking it. This sauce makes the pizza. This would also make a great dipping sauce for breadsticks or fried ravioli. This will be a sauce I'll keep in the freezer for quick dinners. Thanks for such a great recipe. Made for Fall PAC 2008.
