  • Melt margarine in medium saucepan.
  • Combine all other ingredients in large mixing bowl; add melted margarine.
  • Mix with hands until firm enough to pat into buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
  • Refrigerate and score.
  • Variation: To make Peanut Butter Fudge instead of Chocolate, omit the 4 tablespoons of cocoa and add an extra 1/2 cup peanut butter.
