A quick and elegant way to dress up simply cooked foods. From "The Gasparilla Cookbook" one of 2 wonderful cookbooks from my swap partner, Judy.
- 1⁄2 sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1⁄2 cup cooked crabmeat, flaked
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- Blend or process ingredients for a smooth sauce or whisk to combine ingredients.
- Serve at room temperature over hot cooked green veggies, baked potatoes or fish.
