Excited! I now have something else to do with all this broccoli in my freezer! My boyfriend tends to forget that we are only feeding two peolple when he's shopping. LOL

Wonderful! I used cream of celery for the soups and a combination of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower for the broccoli. It was an easy change and very yummy! Can't wait to freeze some, too!

I put this together for our family of five and it was a big hit!!! I love it because it's easy to prepare and serve...and it goes a long way. I'm looking forward to freezing it. If that works, it will be a dream come true and a big time saver for me --- a busy Mom --- during the week. Thanks for this great recipe:)

I loved this recipe, though I didn't put in the onions, I did chop up some canned mushrooms and added them. Onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste...and I used extra sharp chedder for a little more flavor!! Hubby loved it!!!!

We loved this - the kids ate it too. After reading the reviews, I added salt and a little tabasco sauce, and it was very tasty. I also added chicken as another reviewer did - I browned small pieces with the onion, and it tasted great.

My son who doesn't eat any vegetables raved about this. I loved the fact that there was no processed cheese in it. It was smooth and creamy and delicious.

We all thought this was very tasty. I made this for the freezer, so when we got home from our football games, it was wonderful to pull out of the freezer and have something homemade and not go to all the work. We also had unexpected company come over and they ate with us. I was able to visit and not slave in the kitchen. Wonderful! We served this with lil' cheddar meatloafs. Very yummy! I am in the process of making two more for the freezer since it went over so well. Thanks for sharing.

I found this recipe to be bland. I added a little Velveeta before putting it in the oven to give it a creamier taste...which helped. I also added 2 cubed chicken breasts, some salt, garlic powder, and hot sauce to give it a boost. But I still thought it lacked the flavor I was expecting.

Pretty yummy! I cut the recipe in half, used brown rice, and fat free condensed chicken soup. I left out the onion so skipped the first step and just mixed cooked rice w/ cooked broccoli and the other ingredients. I baked it for about 25 minutes which was perfect - broccoli was still firm and crisp but cheese was melted and soup was warm. I added some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder - but think adding actual chicken pieces or maybe some velveeta would make this EVEN better! Thanks for sharing!

Really good casserole! Great for OAMC. I made it to use up some fresh broccoli that needed cooking as well as a half can of cream of chicken soup. I cooked the fresh broccoli, mixed all the ingredients and stuck it in the freezer. I made a half recipe and pulled out the first bag yesterday and cooked it last night. Made a great lunch today! Thanks for posting!

Yum! I made this last week and it was a huge hit with the family. It was even requested to be made again this week by both kids.

Delicious! I froze it for OAMC, divided in 2 ziploc bags, defrosted and them dumped into casserole dish and cooked. I used the casserole setting on my microwave for one half the recipe and it still was wonderful and creamy.

Excellent side dish! Because I was short on time, I did this all on the stovetop and did not bake it. I froze the leftovers for another meal. Thanks.
