  1. Preheat oven 400°F.
  2. Blend skinned potatoes in food processor til smooth.
  3. Mix in all other ingredients.
  4. Pour into pie crust.
  5. Bake approximately 50 minutes (until filling sets and puffs around edges).
  6. Let cool.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  8. Top with toasted pecan and whip cream.
