  1. In skillet crumble beef and add garlic powder and oregano. Cook until beef is browned. Drain and add salsa and beans.cook until bubbly. Heat tortillas in microwave about a minute then add 1/4 cup of meat mixture on top of burritos then add cheese and other toppings.
