try putting half the filling in the crust, spread a thin layer of jam on top, then adding the remaining filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crusts
- blend cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy --
- mix in sour cream.
- Add vanilla and whipped topping, mix well.
- spread into pie crust.
- refrigerate until set.about 3-4 hours.
