ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup soymilk
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 5 tablespoons dark cocoa
- 3 3⁄4 cups quick oats
- 3⁄4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
directions
- Bring top 4 ingredients to a boil for 1 minute.
- stir in last 5 ingredients.
- Fold untill it starts to set(makes thicker cookies!).
- spoon onto wax paper. Let set for 2-3 hours.

I live in Indy and love to be in my garden, getting it ready as we speak! Seeds are being set and the ground covered to smother the weeds and warm it up quicker! Love to cook with what is in the garden, and all around the yard! I have a 3 yr. old who loves to help! I stay at home but volunteer at F.A.C.E. which is a low cost spay nueter clinic and AGAPE Therapy Riding center while my son has fun in Preschool!
