  • 473.18 ml plain dry oatmeal
  • 4 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best)
  • 118.29 ml natural-style peanut butter
  • 78.78 ml water or 78.78 ml milk

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
  • Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars.
  • Keep refrigerated between consumption.
