Natural protein bars that taste great
- 473.18 ml plain dry oatmeal
- 4 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best)
- 118.29 ml natural-style peanut butter
- 78.07 ml water or 78.07 ml milk
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
- Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars.
- Keep refrigerated between consumption.
