Natural protein bars that taste great

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 473.18 ml plain dry oatmeal
  • 4 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best)
  • 118.29 ml natural-style peanut butter
  • 78.07 ml water or 78.07 ml milk


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
  2. Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars.
  3. Keep refrigerated between consumption.
