Natural protein bars that taste great
- 2 cups plain dry oatmeal
- 4 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best)
- 1⁄2 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1⁄3 cup water or 1⁄3 cup milk
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
- Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars.
- Keep refrigerated between consumption.
