Made from whole raw foods and no cook time, these tasty sweet treats will satisfy your hunger!
- 2 cups cashews or 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 cup dates
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter (fresh ground if available)
- 1⁄2 cup dried craisin (cranberry raisins)
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- coconut (optional)
- In a food processor, add Dates and Cashews and chop well. Pour in to a bowl and add Peanut Butter, Honey and Cranberry Raisins and mix well.
- Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls, and then roll outsides in coconut. Refrigerate, then serve.
