"This pie is really good to serve during the spring and summer. Being a person who does' t like yogurt, this pie is definitely an exception, and very easy to make. ENJOY! :)"

  1. This was good but with the changes I made it was even better. I made this exactly as written but when I filled the pie crust it didn't fill it. So I added another 4 ounces of yogurt and another 2 ounces of cool whip. This really brought out the strawberry flavor. Made for Fall PAC 2008.

I am a 32 year old mother of 5 boys and being that, I have picked up the love to cook and find new recipes to introduce to my kids. I work in the health field, but am considering a change in careers. My favorite cookbook is MoNique's "Skinny Cooks Can't Be Trusted" she's got some good stuff in there!! My passions are making sure that my kids get the best education and that they succeed in school and everything they do. My pet peeve is when people throw trash out of thier car windows or just throw trash on the ground period!
