I got this at our grocery store and made it when my son came to visit. It was a big hit.

  1. Combine the 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter.
  2. Press into bottom and side of pie plate.
  3. Melt 1 cup peanut butter and 4 squares chopped Bakers white chocolate on medium in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Whisk 1 package {4serving size} Jell-o vanilla instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk.
  6. Beat in chocolate mixture.
  7. Fold in 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped topping.
  8. Place 1 sliced banana on bottom of crust and spoon pudding on top.
  9. Chill 1 hour.
  10. Garnish with the Cool Whip topping.

MMMMM! Wonderful PB flavor! I made a cookie crust from GF chocolate chip cookies in order to make it gluten free, but the important part, the filling, I made as written. Everyone agreed this was 5 stars!

I was having a pregnancy craving for a sweet peanut butter dessert so I made this. :) It is delish - even though I goofed! After I mixed the first few ingredients, I realized I was out of milk and couldn't make the pudding... so I added extra cool whip to make up for it and it still was fabulous. I used reduced fat peanut butter, fat free cool whip, and nilla cookies' crumbs instead of graham crackers. Wonderful!

Delicious & Wonderful Peanut Butter Pie! Used SF Banana Pudding instead of vanilla since i didn't have a banana too. Thanks for sharing!
