- Melt the butter and the peanut butter in a medium saucepan on low heat. Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Pat the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Melt the chocolate chips and spread on top of the bars. Cool before cutting.
I love the fact the bottom is all done in one pot and then just melt the chips. This is the best tasting way to do things I believe. It really incorporates better. Yummy!
Yummy - reminiscent of peanut butter cups. Be sure graham crackers are fine crumbs before make and keep refrigerated or will get too soft.
Made them last night! They were wonderful. Only made one change, I used half semi sweet chips and half butterscotch! Everyone at wotk loved them. My bf took some to work in his lunch and called to tell me how good they were :) Very easy to make and looked wonderful!
