    No Bake Oatmeal Fudge Peanut Butter Cookies

    Serves: 15-20



    Units: US | Metric

      Mix sugar, cocoa, margarine, and milk and boil one minute.

      Add pinch of baking soda.
    3. 3
      Add peanut butter, karo syrup (you can use regular syrup), vanilla, and oatmeal. Mix until well blended.

      Drop on wax paper in lumps to cool.

      Let cool about 30-45 minutes.

      What nice little cookies! They were SO easy, and FAST! My kids and their friends ate them up! I shaped them into little balls when they started to set. These will be an excellent summer cookie since I don't need to use the oven. Thanks for sharing!

      Made for All New Zaar Cookbooks Tag. These are yummy cookies. Haven't made these in a while because I lost the recipe and I wanted some cookies, quick! That's exactly what these are ~ quick and good. Thanks for posting this Shea!

      Recipe was simple and tasted great. It did not say when to take them completely off the heat, but I did it while adding the ingredients in step 3 and it was fine. Thanks for a reminder of the cookies from my childhood!
