A co-worker brought some into work and they were delicious. Her recipe is the same as yours except her's uses only 2/3 cup of toasted coconut flakes. I'm running out to the store now to pick up some ingredients I need to make some to keep on hand at my house. Will post a photo as soon as I have some made. I will be making these often.

So easy. To make them healthier use almond butter instead of peanut butter, carbo chips instead of chocolate chips and make sure to use raw honey only. :)

I heated the peanut butter and honey in the microwave to make it easier to stir. Doing that, it melted the chocolate chips when I stirred everything. But that's still so good and tasty. They're just darker. Instead of flax seeds, I used chia seeds but half of the quantity. Thanks Chef SuzyQ :) Made for New Kids on the block tag game
