No Bake Cookies With a Measure of Love

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 1 cookies
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
• 1⁄2 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups oatmeal

directions

1. Mix sugar, cocao, and milk in a pan.
2. Bring to a boil, then continue to boil for 30 sec.
3. Add peanut butter, margarine, and vanila. Mix. Then add oatmeal.
4. Drop on wax paper and refrigerate.

These are kind of like a cross between fudge and oatmeal cookies (two delicious things on their own that make a lovely sweet treat when mashed together). So simple to make, too (always a good thing!). Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2012
