Traditional No Bake Cookies using sugar and light substitues
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 lb oleo
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats
- Bring Sugar, Splenda, cocoa, milk and oleo to a boil (about 3 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop on wax paper and cook.
These were awsome. I'm 64 years old and still love no bake cookies. They taste almost as good as the originals with half the sugar, fat and peanut butter. Thanks for the recipe.
