      Cook butter, cocoa, sugar, and milk until bubbles form around side of saucepan.

      Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter, and vanilla.

      Good easy recipe, made these over the Christmas holidays. I added some chopped peanuts to the mix, about 1/2 cup. Nice and crunchy!! A new addition to my Christmas trays too..

      I was just looking for a no bake cookie recipe because I needed cookies tonight in a pinch and this is it. They were so easy to put together and I love the way they taste. Who knew so simple could be so good? Thanks for posting I will be making these for my Christams cookie trays.

      yum,,just made these last nite!! I couldn't begin to count how many times in 30yrs I've made them. This is the exact recipe I use, so I know it's great! They don't last long around here. Just on a cute note,,my granddaughter loves them and wanted the recipe (she is 11) so I sent it to her but didn't think about her being a NEW cook....she cooked the oatmeal first, oh my,,I felt awful! She said "Grammy it said oatmeal and thats the only way I've ever eaten it, is cooked" Her mom added for un-cooked oatmeal and they ate it with a spoon. :)
