I have several recipes for "no-bakes", but this one looked a little different. It's a good bit less chocolate-y than most other recipes, but I found this to be a plus. These cookies turned out really great, and much to my surprise, didn't start getting hard and crusty in the pan before I finished dropping cookies onto waxed paper! I also like the fact that this recipe uses much less butter than the other no-bake recipes I have gathered. Simply delicious and so, so, so quick when you have that craving for chocolate and peanut butter!

Great! I couldn't find my regular recipe since it's been awhile so I made a half batch of these instead. I used about 1/4 less sugar, more cocoa (almost double), just a pinch of salt, and a few more oats (just mixed more in 'til it looked like it usually does with other recipe). I also always use skim milk and it works fine in case anyone was wondering. ;) Thanks. :)

This recipe was great. Not too chocolatey, just right! I did have to use a total of 4 cups of oats though. The whole family loved it. Just like mom used to make!

LOVED THIS COOKIE!! I have never make no-bake cookies before but the recipe looked interesting. I did have to add 2 extra cups of oats (4 total) but I figured it just makes them more healthy! :) Everyone who had one loved them! Thanks for sharing! Mamma Bug :)

This was exactly what I was looking for. Chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies without 1/2 cup or more of butter. Like Fauve mentioned I didn't find them as super chocolatey as the ones with all the butter. But they were excellent none the less. And I found that warm they had almost no chocolate flavor. Cool they had enough. Exactly what the kids and I were looking to make today to share with daddy who's back hurts. Thanks!

These are awesome cookies. I made these with a few changes: I used 3 tbsps. of cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp. more of vanilla essence, an additional cup of oats and 1/2 cup of margarine(instead of butter). Also, I used only 2/3rd cup of crunchy peanut butter instead of 3/4th. These cookies vanished within minutes of my serving them. Thanks very much for sharing!
