  1. Cream butter, yogurt, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Blend into butter mixture. Shape dough into ball and wrap in wax paper. Chill at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Roll out dough slightly less than 1/4 inch thick. Cut. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush with egg white. Bake 15 minutes.
