I love this recipe. It is simple, yet sinful to the hips. My family loved also.

I used to make this all the time when I was in high school and it was the first recipe my daughter made. We lost the recipe during one of our many moves. Thanks for posting the recipe. These are good and easy to make!

Awesome Recipe! Easy and delicious. :) Should probably be noted that the recipe doesn't double very well, since time is of the essence when you're dropping the cookies onto the wax paper... I didn't know better, so I ended up with a lot of delicious cookie crumblies that wouldn't stick together...

This is also good to eat in a bowl still warm rather than making cookies out of the mixture. My mom and I actually prefer it that way.

I love these cookies! My Mom made this type of cookie when I was growing up, so this recipe really takes me back. BEWARE though, if you boil the mixture too long, the cookies will turn out dry and crumbly (this happened to me). They still taste GREAT though!
