  1. Toast coconut and let cool.
  2. Beat together cream cheese and butter.
  3. Add vanilla and sugar.
  4. Stir in oats, nuts and 3/4 C coconut.
  5. Shape into balls, as big or as small as you'd like.
  6. Roll in toasted coconut.
  7. Chill.
