Low cal, high fiber, yummy!
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix sugar, margarine, cocoa and milk in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring often. Boil 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and oats; stir well.
- Drop by spoonfuls on to waxed paper.
- Chill until cooled and hardened.
