  1. In a heavy saucepan, melt chips over medium-low heat, stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from the heat, stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Pour into the crust.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits.
