Ingredients Nutrition

  • 410 g butter beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 125 g boursin spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs or 125 g philadelphia cream cheese with garlic and herbs

Directions

  1. Blend the beans, oil and lemon juice to make a paste - season if desired.
  2. Add the cheese and blend well.
  3. Put in an airtight container. Will keep for upto 3 days.
