    Nif's Note:

    When your stomach is feeling sick, there is nothing like a FLAT glass of ginger ale! I grew up with this and so have my kids. Try this out - it works every time. This is one thing that kids seem to be able to keep down when they have a stomach bug. I find that a glass of this is enough if SIPPING, not gulped. If you just stir the heck out of your ginger ale, that works too! If you are concerned about the amount of sugar, try diet soda. NOTE: This is for a short term fix. It is not for people who have chronic conditions. Enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    • 8 ounces ginger ale (I use diet)
    • 2 teaspoons sugar (you may need a little more or a little less depending on the brand)

    Directions:

      Pour ginger ale into a glass and stir in sugar. Watch the bubbles come up to the top and disappear!
