This was an excellent way to prepare our home-raised meat. Tender and tasty. Will definitely make again. Made for ZWT9.

Wow, oh wow! Awesome is right. I made these as directed and marinated them for almost 24 hours. I really like that is these have a wonderful savory sweet flavor. I will definitely be making these again. Thanks Nif. Made for the Asian round of ZWT9 for Team Tasty Testers.

Very nice way of doing chicken thighs. Made as directed, letting them marinate over night.I really like the honey aspect of this recipe. Made for ZWT9 and "The Apron String Travelers"

Great recipe for chicken pieces. I made it with a kilo of bone-in drumsticks. I used just 2 teaspoons of brown sugar in the marinade and just 1 tablespoon of honey in the 'other' category. Be sure to baste frequently during cooking because it gives a wonderful sticky result. We used the last of the marinade as a sauce for the cooked chicken. Absolutely delish!

These really are awesome! I made with boneless and skinless thighs and they turned out great and not dry at all. I made as stated and added sesame seeds to the last step for a little extra crunch. I served with Ww Hoisin Snow Peas and Peppers - 2 Pts. and sticky rice. A wonderful dinner. Made for PRMR
