Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease a 8 x 12 pan with cooking spray.
  3. Cover bottom of pan with stuffing.
  4. Pat down evenly.
  5. Sprinkle turkey over stuffing evenly.
  6. Add pea/green beans and onions.
  7. Spread corn muffin mixture over the top of the vegetables.
  8. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
  9. Serve with cranberry sauce and gravy.
