I have had this recipe since my newlywed days, when I could have cared less about fat and calories! Now that I am more health conscious, I am not so quick to make them but I hang on to the recipe for sentimental reasons and because they are oh-so-good--and very easy too!
- Soften butter and mix ingredients well.
- Place in mini muffin pans and bake at 400°F for 8-10 minute Yield: 24 mini biscuits.
