ingredients
- 40 ounces pakages cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 3⁄4 sugar
- 1⁄4 vanilla
- 1⁄2 grated orange peel
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Soften cream cheese and combine with first 6 ingredients. Add eggs last, and mix well but DO NOT over mix.
- Pour into greased springform pan.
- Run rounded knife through the top to release bubbles.
- Place in water bath in oven preheated to 300*.
- Bake 60 minutes.
- Remove and pour on topping -- made with last three ingredients.
- Return to oven until topping is lightly browned.
