- This is a New York treat.
- Pour the milk into glass, followed by the chocolate syrup (I prefer Hershey's syrup).
- DO NOT MIX.
- You want the syrup laying on the bottom of the glass for now.
- Add the selter.
- You want it to foam up on the top.
- Now stir the drink, and you should get a dark drink with a white foam head.
