  • Drain 1 small can of crushed pineapple and one of sliced pineapple. Slice a banana. Cut up strawberries, leaving some for garnish. Place ingredients, with exception of sliced pineapple, in blender. Blend to right consistency. It's better a little chunky. Put a whole strawberry in each drink and top the glass with a slice of pineapple. Happy New Year.

  1. My usual smoothie includes only half the number of ingredients called for here, but use that as a deterrent, because this GREAT SMOOTHIE goes together fairly quickly! Since my frozen strawberries were large, I used a cup of sliced berries & also dumped the entire small can of crushed pineapple into the mix! Very, very nice, & a worthy keeper! I lied about my age a little. Doesn't everyone? I am job searching, into real estate for property management or life and health insurance sales. I usually write for www.Writing.com and I'm active on www.TrumpUniversity.com. I spend my time studying real estate and insurance. My hobbies are cooking, crochet, writing, photography and piano (a tiny bit). I went to Gabby Gourmet Cooking School. He is with NBC in Utah. He was single at the time. LOL. Let's be friends .
