My family and I really liked your potato dish. Simple and easy to prepare. The potatoes were tender and the onion flavor was a big plus. The cheese and sour cream gave it that comfort element. Thanks for posting this.

Terrific! I used quartered yukon gold potatoes, mozzarella cheese, and only 1/2 of a red onion. It was done baking in approximately 1 hour. Thanks for the recipe!

Yummy!! I was looking for a new recipe to try for all those potatoes we grew this summer. This one is so easy and soooo good! I too had to cook mine for almost 2 hours.

These were good. I used 2 large but new potatoes, and cut each into 16 pieces. I think there was still enough of the sour cream/cheese mix to go over them. I cooked them in a casserole dish, and thanks to K-Jay's review allowed 1 1/2 hours cooking time for them. Even then a few in the middle of the bottom layer were a bit crispy and needed a further 15 minutes cooking.

Very easy and very tasty! Although they need to bake for at least an hour and a half.
