My family LOVES this recipe. At my house you get to pick your favorite meal for your birthday dinner and this is what everyone wants.

  1. Wash the shrimp well. You do not need to peel the shrimp.
  2. Spread shrimp out in a baking dish.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Let simmer for 10 minutes, then pour over shrimp.
  4. Mix well and refrigerate. Baste and turn the shrimp every 30 minutes and let refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 300 and bake for 30 minutes. Turn the shrimp every ten minutes.
  6. I like to serve this with a good French bread to dip into the sauce.
