- 1 lb red chili pepper, pods
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons salt
directions
- Bring to boil chile pods, cook 2 miuntes, and simmer 3 minutes.
- Drain water and put in blender and add garlic,and salt.
- To that add 4 cups of water or to cover 2 inches above the pods.
- Blend for a full 2 1/2 minutes.
- Sift to remove the sauces. Will keep in refrigerater for 7 days.
- This is the recipe to start your Red Enchiladas.
